All prices are in U.S. dollars.  We use PayPal to process all online orders.  You do not need a PayPal account to to order items.  You can use American Express, Discover card, Mastercard, Visa or debit card.  If you wish to pay with a money order or personal check e-mail us at nina@handmadejewelrycompany.com 

Shipping

We ship to the US and Canada.  All Internet purchases will be shipped the next business day by USPS First Class or Priority Mail.  Items purchased with a personal check will ship when the check clears.  Since we are in Hawaii please allow a few more days for delivery.  All orders have a shipping and handling charge of $4.95.

Availability of one-of-a-kind pieces

The buyer will receive the actual piece of jewelry pictured.  In the rare event that a second buyer attempts to buy a piece of sold jewelry before we have marked it as sold we will contact the second buyer and offer them an alternate piece of jewelry or a full refund.

Privacy policy

We will respect your privacy.  All personal information provided by the buyer will be considered private and not be shared with any third party.  This includes your name, address, e-mail address, phone number and any other information that you provide.

Return policy

We have an unconditional 14 day return policy.   The buyer may return a item within 14 days if not completely satisfied with their purchase and receive a full refund of their purchase price.  Shipping and handling charges are not refundable unless the return is due to our error.  Please pack the item carefully in bubble wrap and put your contact information in the package and mail to:
